Who We Are

“An unforgettable journey is about to unfold.” ~ Forbes

1938 was a pivotal time in history when the French colonized an area of Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia) referred to as Indochine. It was influenced by European design, architecture, and cuisine. This blend of Asia and Europe is what guests experience when walking into 1938 Indochine. The interior of the 6,000 square foot space gives off a decadent French Colonial vibe mixed with the hustle and bustle of a Vietnam Street scene.

Unique features include vintage motorbikes above a massive marble bar and communal table, vintage wooden tables, cozy banquettes, water fountain features, and red silk curtains that hang from the second-floor balcony. In the kitchen, 1938 Indochine chefs are inspired by Southeast Asia’s food vendors and recreate dishes that capture authentic “street style” cuisine.

Welcome to 1938 Indochine.
